Return and Exchange Policy

Evening dresses are available for one day and in the same condition as purchased. Ready-made dresses are eligible for return and exchange within two days only, provided they are in good condition.

Shipping time: 3-6 days to Gulf countries. Delivery can be extended during busy periods (holidays, special occasions, and seasons).
